1. Parties and Object These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the Sole Proprietor Pascal BEN BIHI (hereinafter “the Editor”), registered under SIREN 501 078 083, and any person (hereinafter “the Buyer”) making a purchase on the website https://icodeplugins.com. The contract covers the sale of WordPress plugins developed by the Editor.
2. Intellectual Property and GPL License The plugins marketed on the site are original creations of the Editor and are subject to the GNU GPL (General Public License). The purchase of a plugin grants:
- Access to automatic updates for the duration of the subscription.
- Access to dedicated technical support.
- Provision of a license key for the number of sites defined in the offer.
3. Rates and Taxation Product prices are indicated in Euros. Due to the Editor’s status as a sole proprietor, the following mandatory notice applies: “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI”.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European legislation on digital content, the purchase of an immediately downloadable plugin constitutes a service for digital content not provided on a tangible medium. Consequently, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts that by validating their order, they waive their 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. Refund Policy and Support The Editor agrees to provide technical support for the plugins sold. A refund can only be granted in the event of a proven major technical defect duly documented by the Buyer, which the Editor is unable to resolve within a reasonable period after precise notification.
6. Liability and Guarantees The Editor declines all responsibility in the event of:
- Mishandling, incorrect installation, or erroneous configuration by the User.
- Technical conflicts with third-party themes, extensions, or plugins not developed or tested by the Editor.
- Indirect damage or data loss on the Buyer’s site resulting from the use of the plugin.
